This evening I was at your location with a very large party. I understand that it was busy and you were short-handed. I, as well as a number of our party, will not be coming back as we were intending. I am sure that your manager doesn't care as your are probably the person reading this. Not once did I imply in any way that you were rude but it would have been nice to be able to finish the sentance that I was trying to tell you. Yes, the girls were run off their feet at the refreshment station, however your (the manager) behaviour was substandard. You accused me of yelling at you and trying to cause a scene when I was mearly raising my voice in order to try to complete a sentence. Many in the party I was with only heard you accusing me of trying to cause a scene. I have worked for 15 years in customer service and my part time young girls can handle people and pressure better. My suggestion for in your future would be to perhaps acknowledge the fact of a problem(which you did) and offer a solution, not everyone wants a refund. A refund is great, however an appology and perhaps an offer of something on the house (since there were 3 errors/mishaps) may have been a better solution. Maybe even for another day since you were busy. Or perhaps just letting your upset customer complete a whole sentance without cutting them off. Yes, once again I realize your business was very busy-but 30 people in retail customer service agree that how you handled me was very incorrect. I didn't have to tell them, as a matter of fact, save for the young lady that came up (because she and her boyfriend noticed your behaviour) and said she was with me when you asked her how you could help her- I didn't tell anyone. Other persons heard you and came to talk to me later. Kempview will be seeing my business in the future and a that of a number of your guests from this evening.

Great experience. Went in expecting to bowl 5 pin bowling but didn't have anything availble. Nice gentleman with glasses suggested bowling 10 pins with the kids. Kids had a blast and service was excellent. Definitely would go back. Price a little high but service and facility made up for it. Also, cleanest family place we've been too in a long time.

I think this place is alright i mean its like any other bowling ally its the same thing!!! I like this place and every time i come up to the cottage i am going to go bowling here well my cottage is in innisfil but you know what ill go from here to there any day! I love it and thats all i have to say is that i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
