    Absolutely CRAP!!! Service is terrible and un relaible. I booked a kids party there for Saturday Feb the 8th and this IDIOT didnt even show up to open the place. parents and kids showing up as my daughters plans ruined by this Idiot! not even a phone call to say SORRY or to inform me he would not be there at the BOOKED TIME!!!!
