The Zone Bowling Centre

Nice bowling facility but terrible customer service. We're regular bowlers and have our own bowling shoes but rent a pair for our 5 year old son. I couldn't believe that staff actually made us show our shoes to them at the cashier's desk to prove that they were real bowling shoes. And then after we were half way through our game another staff member interupted us by questioning our son's age (they have a 5yr old age limit). What really bothered me was the tone and attitude that staff used. They made us feel as though they assumed we were cheeting them out of shoe rental income and was slightly dissapointed that I managed to prove them wrong. And when they approached my son, about his age, they were far from friendly.
