Georgetown Bowl

The place is under construction which is great because it's what the town needs. Bowling alley kept breaking down, no balls returning. When we arrived we were taken care of by a short Italian guy, he needs a shower! The stench was unbearable. Both my wife and two kids noticed right away. This is not good for customer service. Place was packed, so I think investing in a bar of soap would be appropriate.

Went to the center for New Years, extremely disappointed! Center was run down, not working properly and I'm pretty sure our time was cut short on purpose. The staff was horrible, ignorant and non helpful. Went to buy stuff at the snack bar and basically got the run around "we don't have this" when I got my rye and coke I commented to the owner that I didn't get any rye and his response was " oh well, have a nice day" Not ever going back. Never!

This place has been here forever. A Georgetown landmark. But the owner needs to go. The younger staff has always been helpful and courteous, but that owner needs to go. He's rude, ignorant and conniving. He charges different prices for different people. He lies to people and staff alike. He even stole from his leagues to better himself. A group of us bowled there for years, we all quit due to this guy. Time for someone new in charge. Georgetown needs this place and needs it to be fun! Cheers to new ownership hopefully one day. This guy is a jerk!

Never have a birthday party here. I ended up having my daughters party here and NEVER again. When I finally got into my party room, it still wasn't clean from the previous one. The staff was rude and arrogant. The one younger staff member was too busy talking to his girlfriend at the bar and the owner was just sitting watching the hockey game. I had to ask 3 times for refills and for them to bring in my cake. Worst customer service ever... Next year it's chucky cheese

Just a disgusting, horrible place. Washrooms filthy and place generally gross. Never again!

Better off going out of town.
